Advanced Hydrovac

Advanced Hydrovac is a non-union hydro excavation and hydro vac company out of Cedar Springs, Michigan. They have been uninterested in becoming signatory with Operating Engineers 324 (or any other union) to date, but that hasn’t stopped them from working for union contractors like Consumers Energy, Newkirk, and others.

We are continuing to try to show them the many advantages to partering with Operating Engineers 324 – our training, our hiring hall, our relationships. We are hoping they will see the advantages as so many others have.

For now, we need the help of our members. If you see Advanced Hydrovac working on a jobsite anywhere in Michigan – and especially on a jobsite you are on – please share where and when at the link below. Let us know as much as you can: where the project is, who is the General Contractor, how long will they be on the site.
