For over 100 years, the members of Operating Engineers 324 have been building Michigan.  OE324 is truly a union of members, by members, and for members.  Our training is second to none, and our dedication to safety and skills is on display every day at our 560-acre Construction Career Center in Howell, where our members both refine existing skills and learn new ones year-round.  We learn on the newest equipment and technologies, on both the Operator and Technician side. We are always getting better.

Operating Engineers 324 advocates for our members tirelessly.  We work constantly to represent our almost 15,000 members at the bargaining table, in grievances, and every place budget decisions are made, from the Capitol to the conference room to the job site.  That is why we’ve continued to grow at a record pace.
